The growth of cities must be guided by public policy whose main objective is to set up the urban
space that is conducive to the full development of its people. One of the key tools is the creation of local institutions to project the growth of the city, as well as common living spaces for its inhabitants, where living places are generating a healthy vigorous social fabric. This paper aims to analyze the pattern of an urban structure for the city of Cabo San Lucas proposed by the Urban Development Plan from a polynuclear model, strengthening an urban center three sub‑centers and proposing a number of improvements and an extension of current urban facilities.
