The young tourism today is a phenomenon whose dynamics are little studied. The set of knowledge turns on specific areas, so we can conclude that the prospect of interdisciplinary studies can contribute to a thorough understanding of the problems of education and tourism, touching issues related to culture, tourism, territory and identity. This article comes from a qualitative research within the Research Institute in Tourism at the University of Paris 1, in partnership with the Center for the Improvement of Higher Education ‑ CAPES. The goal was to understand the representations of young people and their social practices in tourist places of Paris, in order to grasp the contents can guide tourism in also improving the teaching / learning in relation to continuing education of teachers. The results, compared with the theory of advanced modernity (TMA) Guiddens (1991), suggest that the territory Parisian has a meaning assigned to it by young tourists where their practices are a reflection your travel project.
